In this carving, the artist replicates the carving of the “Myan Astronaut” a carving on the lid of the sarcophagus of K'inich Janaab' Pakal, a Mayan king who ruled the city of Palenque in Mexico. The carving has been the subject of speculation that Pakal was an astronaut or time traveler. This mysterious carving can be hand horizontal or vertical on your wall. Very interesting piece.
