The natural wood color of this Mayan mask makes beautiful decoration in any room at your home. The color blends well with any wall. In the center of the upper portion of the mask, the artist depicts Itzamna, one of the gods involved in creating human beings and father of the Bacabs, who upheld the corners of the world. In the upper right portion of the mask, the artist depicts the face of a Mayan warrior representing Kukulcán. Kukulcán was the chief god of the Yucatec Maya, who settled in the Yucatan peninsula.
